At the age of 88, Eva Zikmundov, a journalist at the National Theater, died Culture

Prague At the age of 88, Eva Zikmundov, a sluggess of the National Theater, opera singer and pedagogue, died for many years on Sunday. TK informed Radmila Hrdinov from the Theater Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts, according to which Zikmundov died in the hospice where she spent part of the time.

Soprano Zikmundov performed for the first time at the National Theater according to the operaplus.cz server in November 1957 in Bedich Smetana Hubik’s opera. She played the title role in Antonal Dvok’s Rusalka, in Zdek Fibich’s role she played the characters of Mlada and Svatava.

Zikmundov, née Makov, was born in 1932 in Kromi. In 1953, she married the traveler Miroslav Zikmund, and their son Miroslav was born.
