‘At the age of 44 and 60 you suddenly become older’, according to research by Stanford University and the Technical University of Singapore

Because people suddenly age rapidly at two specific times in their lives; at 44 and around 60. This is evident from a study by scientists, published in the journal Nature Aging. Researchers from Stanford University and Singapore University of Technology followed more than 100 participants (1.7 years on average) to analyze changes in their molecular composition. Peter de Keizer is an aging biologist at the UMC Utrecht.
