A man in his 20s has been taken by ambulance to Stavanger University Hospital (SUS) after he allegedly suffered stab wounds at Storhaug in Stavanger.
– The extent of the damage is so far unknown, but the man was conscious when he was taken to hospital, says operations manager Jøran Solheim in the Sørvest police district to NTB.
It was the man himself who contacted the police at 8.52pm.
At 9.30pm, the police were still on the scene to talk to potential witnesses and to get clarity on the course of events. Solheim says the police are working to find out who caused the man’s injuries and why.
The operations manager says that no seizure has been made in the case.
