The elected president of Paraguay Santiago Peña foresees the restoration of relations between his country and Venezuela.
This was the response of the recently elected president himself to the question formulated by the Venezuelan political consultant Luis Toty Medina Gil for the Guarani media outlet LaTele
“I have said it publicly, we have to establish relations with the Venezuelan government, we have already done it in the past with previous governments.”
