During the air alert at noon, Russian missiles were launched over Ukraine from a Su-57 aircraft.

This was said by the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ilya Yevlash, on the air of the telethon. “There has just been an air alert (we are talking about an alert announced at 1 p.m., UNIAN). An Su-57 aircraft carrying an additional payload, namely guided air missiles, was spotted in the water area over the Black Sea. Launches took place,” he said.

According to him, the rocket passed through Mykolaivsk and reached the Kirovohrad region, and then changed its course in the direction of Kryvyi Rih. “The missile did not reach its target,” an Air Force spokesman said. At the same time, he noted that information appeared in the information space that there were allegedly launches in the direction of Odessa. “However, such launches were not recorded by the Air Force,” Yevlash said.

As UNIAN reported, this morning Russia launched a missile attack on the city of Smila, Cherkasy region.

Ihor Taburets, the head of Cherkasy OVA, reported that a critical infrastructure facility in Cherkasy district was damaged. He noted that there were no casualties, six people sought medical help.

Taburets reported that 47 private houses on several streets were damaged by the blast wave and debris. The windows in the high-rise building were also shaking.
