Tomorrow, on Friday, there will be a special program for the courageous in the Celtic village: when it gets dark, young and old will embark on an extraordinary journey of discovery through the open-air museum. When it gets dark all around, the hustle and bustle of the day calms down and the nightly silence settles over the Celtic village, there is a very special atmosphere in the tranquil open-air museum. Museum director Elisabeth Leitner enthuses that one feels transported back even more than usual to the time 2,700 years ago. Since even her team couldn’t escape this magic, she decided to develop a new visitor format.
“On our evening tour of discovery with flashlights, visitors can now get an idea of this unique atmosphere for themselves,” says Leitner. Numerous surprises await the participants in the dark.
The offer is not only aimed at children. However, they are given special attention during the torchlight tour. The guided tour on August 11 starts at 8:45 p.m. The costs are included in the usual admission price. Bring your own flashlight. If you don’t have time tomorrow, don’t worry: in two weeks, on August 25 (8:30 p.m.), the program will take place again.
