At least 7 list leaders will be replaced by Ninova in order for the BSP to have a better result

Blagoevgrad, Vratsa, Smolyan, Haskovo, Razgrad and Kyustendil are designated

Who will be at the top of the red lists, clear until May 20, the full lists – until the 30th

PCornelia Ninova is expected to replace those seven list leaders in order for the BSP to have a better result in the early parliamentary elections on July 11, Positano sources predicted 20.

These are mainly leaders in regions where there was tension from local structures against their descent and this led to a weaker performance of the party. Poor staffing and the imposition of leaders were cited as one of the main reasons for the BSP’s loss at the meetings that Positano 20 held with municipal chiefs after the April 4th vote. Therefore, now the leadership and the leader will have to make some compromises with the leaders because of their structures.

In Blagoevgrad, for example, where the BSP remained the 4th force, a new name will be sought after the village of Prof. Georgi Mikhailov at the top of the list took only 12.57%. And the leaders of 8 out of 14 organizations in the district demonstratively refused to participate in the list of candidates.

The BSP also ranked 4th in Smolyan, where it was the leader Alexander Simov, so it is expected to be sent to another region.

The Reds did not get into the top three and in any of the three metropolitan areas. Here, however, there will hardly be a change in the first places on the lists, because in the 25th MIR Ninova was in charge, and in the other two regions her faithful Georgi Svilenski and Hristo Prodanov. They are expected to keep their seats regardless of the mood of the structure for their change. The weakest performance is in the largest metropolitan area – 23rd MIR, where traditionally the BSP is doing well and has always had the best result. But

A change is also expected in Haskovo, where the journalist is Velizar Enchev was a leader of the civic quota, but was not accepted by the structure. BSP ranked second there, but with 14.87% and a huge difference from GERB (with 37.34%). He will probably part with the driver’s seat as well Atanas Popdimitrov in Vratsa. As well as Rumen Georgiev in Kyustendil, where there was also tension in the structure due to the imposition of the first in the list.

A change is also expected in Razgrad, where the dialogue of Positano 20 with the local leadership in the previous campaign was completely interrupted. The descent of Tasko Ermenkov for leader worsened the situation even more, and after the vote the regional leader Nasko Atanasov called for resignations. In Razgrad, the Reds took only 9.61% and were left without a mandate. The only weaker result of the BSP was in Kardzhali – 8.13%, but the difference is that the leader there was the rookie in politics Petya Mihalevska. She was well received by the structure, made a good campaign and her result was relatively good for the MRF bastion, although she did not have enough for a term.

It is not clear what will be Ninova’s decision for Varna, which is in third place with a weak result in percentages (by 11.27%) and whether it will replace Borislav Gutsanov from first place in the list.

Acquaintances predict a change in Pernik, which is among the most problematic for the leadership regions due to tensions between Ninova and the mayor Stanislav Vladimirov. There was a guide Stoyan Mirchev, and in second place was a man from the civil quota – Georgi Chernev, which left the nominated by local structures Evdokia Assenova third.

– Christian Vigenin, with whom the red list was first in Yambol with 27.27%. Second in the party rankings in this election are the Socialists in Veliko Tarnovo, where young leader Yavor Bojankov received a powerful shoulder from Olympic runner-up Vessela Lecheva, who is an honorary citizen of Tarnovo and has the support of the entire region.

The Reds in Vidin, Montana, Sliven, Burgas also took a good performance and second place, where Filip Popov, Atanas Kostadinov, Atanas Zafirov and Petar Kanev were leaders respectively. About 800 votes did not reach the BSP in Sliven for a second term.

And in the Plovdiv region, the Reds, led by Manol Genov, not only finished second, but also scored three MPs, making them the Red Group’s record holders in this term. The BSP in Burgas, where Petar Kanev was the leader of the civil quota, narrowly missed the third term due to the redistribution.

Therefore, relocations are not expected in these regions either.

In Pazardzhik, the BSP also remained second, but there were rumors that Plamen Milev could be replaced and found an electoral seat on another list, because he is valuable to the group as the author of draft budgets and the main economic topics of the red program.

The whole procedure for nominations of BSP parliamentary candidates has started again according to the statute, but will be shortened. As of Saturday, the National Council has already voted to sign the decision to run in the July 11th elections, giving Ninova a mandate to hold talks for support and interaction with other parties, as well as the rules and criteria for nominating candidates.

By May 20, the National Council must approve the leaders and seats of the civic quota and coalition partners. By May 25, the district councils must be ready with the lists to be approved by the plenum by May 30.

It is also expected that there will be a shift in the seats for the coalition partners and the civil quotas, which in the previous elections in many regions were in second and third place, which also angered the structures.
