According to the quarantine authorities on the 18th, a family in their 80s residing in Gongju who contacted an employee of the cricket boiler factory (No. 317 in Asan) who visited the house during the Lunar New Year holiday was confirmed on this day.
In Daejeon, Asan No. 323’s wife, two teenage daughters, who gathered during the Lunar New Year holidays, and an acquaintance who contacted his wife after their mother-in-law were confirmed to have had Corona 19.
In Nonsan as well, an acquaintance who had contact with the wife of Asan No. 326 (No. 1159 in Daejeon) gathered during the Lunar New Year holidays was positive.
On that day, five acquaintances of employees were confirmed in Cheonan and Asan.

Meanwhile, the head of the Asan City Health Center Koo Bon-jo said at a briefing on the day that “a total of 261 people are self-quarantine in Asan related to the group infection at the cricket boiler factory.”
As 24 foreigners were also identified among the confirmed cases, the city installed temporary screening clinics in the offices of three industrial complexes in the jurisdiction, including the Deuksan Agricultural and Industrial Complex, and started operating.
Opening hours are from noon to 4:00 p.m. on the 18th and 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the 19th.
