Xiaomi will bring Redmi Pad in Thailand, being at the same time the first in Southeast Asia. Previously, the Redmi Pad was launched in India in early October 2022.
Redmi Pad sports a 10.6-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Redmi Pad is equipped with the MediaTek Helio 99 processor which is offered with three RAM, namely 3GB, 4GB and 6GB and two storage options of 64GB and 128GB.
Redmi Pad runs Android 12 and MIUI 13 for its operating system with support for three years of software updates and two Android version updates.
The Xiaomi Redmi Pad has an 8,000 mAh battery with 18 W charging. The tablet has speakers with Dolby Atmos functionality.
Xiaomi also incorporates two 8 MP rear cameras and a front camera equipped with “FocusFrame” technology. The camera has a technology that can track the user’s movements during video calls.
At the time of launch, the Redmi Pad was sold for 12,999 rupees (Rp 2.5 million) for the 3 GB / 64 GB version, 14,999 rupees (Rp 2.8 million) for the 4/64 GB version and 16,999 rupees ( Rp 3.2 million) for 6 128GB version.
The Redmi Pad itself is sold in Thailand for 14,999 pesos or Rp 3.8 million. for the higher variant. Redmi Pad is available in three color options, namely Graphite Gray, Moonlight Silver and Mint Green.
