AT. Kearney removes the “A.T.” from his name »Leadersnet

Global rebranding for business consulting.

Global management consultancy Kearney, formerly known as A.T., starts with a comprehensive rebranding. Kearney, into the new decade: the company deletes the “A.T.” – the initials of the first name of company founder Andrew Thomas Kearney – from his name.

Close coordination with clients

“The new Kearney brand was developed and shaped in close cooperation with clients. Through their contribution and the many former and active Kearney employees, it was possible to work out what the clients particularly appreciate about Kearney: the professional teamwork, unique corporate culture and authenticity”, said Kearney in a broadcast. Kearney engaged the renowned brand strategy and design agency Siegel + Gale from London for the rebranding.

Martin Eisenhut, Partner and Managing Director Kearney Germany, Austria & Switzerland, adds: “The most exciting aspect of our new brand is that it reflects us so precisely: Our company is real, honest and refreshing. It focuses on those who love it make up: our employees. “

No more stock photography

An example of Kearney’s new brand focus is to completely do away with stock photography in the future and only use images in publications, websites and presentations that are unique and taken by an employee. From October to December 2019, more than 10,000 photos from the Kearney team around the globe have already been collected.

“For decades, our brand was primarily geared towards our heritage, which we are very proud of. But now we are focusing even more on the future,” says Michael Scharfschwerdt, Marketing Director Kearney Germany, Austria & Switzerland. “Our company founder remains the namesake, but our new branding and visual identity express more precisely and more personally who we are today and where we want to go.” (As)
