At All Saints’ Day, fuel prices in Poland will reach a critical level! From November 1, Diesel, gasoline and LPG for the rich

In a week’s time the Poles will be getting ready to go to the graves. However, it is worth refueling the car at All Saints’ Day much earlier. Dramatic price increases for Diesel, petrol and LPG are expected from November 1.

Is the specter of fuel price increases on All Saints an exaggerated pessimism? Definitely not, because a year has passed since the average price of diesel or gasoline in Poland has recently decreased. Since last winter, we have been observing only dynamic increases, the slowdown of which, unfortunately, is not visible on the horizon.

It can’t be that longer

Experts from e-petrol.pl note that in the case of gasoline and diesel oil, prices below PLN 6 per liter are a delayed ignition bomb. Station owners do what they can and cut their margins to the limit. However, the situation on the wholesale market is only getting worse and at some point stations will not be able to artificially lower rates.

The bubble will start to burst next week, as diesel and gasoline may increase by about 0.10 cents per liter. Analysts warn that from November 1, refueling below PLN 6 per liter may be a real luxury. The price of autogas is also heading for new records. At All Saints’ Day, the average LPG rates may approach PLN 3.30 per liter.

Crude Oil Will Hit Record?

Pessimistic forecasts drive events on international markets and the weakening zloty. US fuel consumption increased almost to the level of 2019. This is alarming news that WTI crude oil has lower and lower inventories. Analysts at BM Reflex note that this could lead to record-high prices per barrel. Meanwhile, just six months ago, WTI oil prices were even negative for some time!
