Shi Taisheng, a former legislator of the Kuomintang, was hospitalized for lung cancer and died yesterday morning at the age of 77. Shi Taisheng, the second generation from other provinces, was born in Tainan Military Village in 1946. He ran for the Tainan City Councilor three times. In 1973, he ran for the Tainan City Councilor for the first time and lost. In 1982, he again lost the election. In 1990, he ran for three times before being elected. Lu, served as the deputy secretary-general of the Kuomintang group of the Tainan City Council, and had a smooth journey. Later, he also represented the Kuomintang in the Tainan City constituency to run for the legislature. He was re-elected as a member of the second and third legislators in 1992 and 1995.
