Kylie Jenner (27) said in an interview with the magazine Elle spoke openly about her newfound self-confidence. The entrepreneur revealed that she has never felt more confident than she does now, as it has been a few years since her last pregnancy. After the birth of her two children Stormi (6) and Aire (2), she first had to deal with the changes in her body. “The first part of my twenties was having kids, learning what my personal style was, and then losing it—I didn’t know how to dress and gained 50 pounds in both pregnancies,” Kylie recalled and then proudly admitted: “It took me a year to feel like myself again. At 27, I feel more confident and more like myself than ever.”
Speaking to the medium, Kylie recalled that she unexpectedly became pregnant at the age of 20 and the physical changes were difficult for her to accept at first: “I saw all these new stretch marks and things that I didn’t have before.” The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also struggled with postpartum depression. “I often felt like I was on autopilot”she confessed. But with the support of her family, especially her sister Khloé (40), who often looks after the children when Kylie goes away, she found her way back.
This newfound confidence led Kylie to launch her first clothing line called Khy, a project she had long dreamed of. On the way to Paris Fashion Week, she expressed excitement and emphasized how important it was for her to stay authentic and true to herself. However, she did not want to reveal any details about her relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet (28) and simply said: “I think it’s important to keep certain things to yourself.”
