Suara.com – Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 launched in Indonesia on Friday (13/8/2021). This is a premium gaming laptop with a dedicated cooling system and is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core processor.
Jimmy Lin as Asus Regional Director Southeast Asia stated, Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 is the latest premium gaming laptop equipped with an optical mechanical keyboard module that can be lifted when used.
The raised part of the keyboard makes ROG Zephyrus S17 have an extra air cavity for the best cooling performance.
“Coupled with its compact design, ROG Zephyrus S17 can be said to be one of the most powerful and portable laptops available today,” said Lin.

One of the highlights on this laptop is the presence of a special keyboard mechanism called AAS Plus. This makes the keyboard lift and form an angle of 5 degrees which serves to open the extra air cavity. AAS Plus also increases airflow in the cooling system by up to 25 percent.
This mechanism is supported by ROG Intelligent Cooling cooling technology. Equipped with the latest specially designed Arc Flow fan, the cooler is able to suppress CPU heat up to 10 degrees Celsius until it turns off automatically when the temperature is below 50 degrees Celsius.
Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 carries dimensions of 39.4 x 26.4 x 1.99 cm and weighs 2.6 Kg. ROG Zephyrus S17 comes with a magnesium-aluminum body wrapped in Off Black color that is resistant to fingerprints.
Regarding specifications, the Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 features a 17-inch IPS screen, 3ms response time, PANTONE Validated Display certification for color accuracy, WQHD resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, up to a 720p HD camera.
Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 comes with two processors, namely the 11th generation Intel Core i9-11900H and i7-11800H. The graphics card also comes in two variants, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3060.

As for storage, this laptop packs 32GB and 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM. The internal memory is a 2TB and 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The battery has a capacity of 90WHrs with fast charging which can charge 50 percent in 30 minutes.
For connectivity, ROG Zephyrus S17 carries WiFi 6, Thunderbolt 4 port, USB Type-A, HDMI, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. To make it easier for content creators, ROG Zephyrus S17 also comes with an SD Card reader.
