Asus ROG Phone 5’s official release date is March 10, however, DxOMark has already posted an audio review of the gaming flagship. It gave him a better identity.
Anyway, with 79 points, the next ROG phone is only beaten by the Xiaomi Mi10 Pro (76). Its predecessor, the ROG Phone 3, is currently in third place with the Huawei Mate 20X (both with 75 points).
The phone in question appears to be the I005DA, which we saw at TENAA in January instead of the I005DB version, which was developed later. Version B has a display on the back, while Model A features the Tencent Games logo. The phone tested by DxOMark has no tense screen or logo.
The phone has two stereo pre-trigger speakers, track tuning technology, and a 3.5mm headphone jack with an ESS DAC. And a Snapdragon 888 chipset, of course.
In terms of performance, the ROG Phone 5 received category-leading sub-scores in dynamic, spatial, and artifact tests. There are a few drawbacks, including a slightly weaker pass and maximum cultivation issues. The recording capabilities of the phone are excellent overall.
