ASUS presents the Rog laptop at CES 2023
Computer manufacturer ASUS unveiled dozens of ROG laptops at the 2023 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) which took place in Las Vegas, United States of America, from 5 to 8 January.
In its official statement, ASUS has introduced 13 all-new ROG laptops, namely the Strix SCAR, Strix G, Zephyrus, and Flow lines. ASUS introduced ROG Strix SCAR 16, Strix SCAR 17 and Strix SCAR 18 earlier this year.
This line features ROG intelligent cooling technology which has a full-width heatsink and a Tri-Fan technology fan for the cooling system.
The cooling system capacity on ROG Strix SCAR is also supported by Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme Liquid Metal which is applied directly to the CPU and GPU.
ASUS ROG Strix SCAR comes with a new design, which is a larger screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The laptop screen uses ROG Nebula HDR Display with QHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and Mini LED panel technology.
ROG Strix SCAR 16, Strix SCAR 18, Strix G16 and Strix G18 are powered by up to 13th Generation Intel Core i9 13980HX processors and graphics chips up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090.
Meanwhile, ROG Strix SCAR uses an AMD Ryzen Zen 4 processor. Meanwhile, Strix SCAR 17 and Strix G17 use an AMD Ryzen Zen 4 processor.
For the Zephyrus line, ASUS brings ROG Zephyrus M16, G16, G14 and Duo 16. ROG Zephyrus M16 features a new design that maintains portability and a cooling system that uses full-width heat sink and triple-fan technology.
The laptop uses an Intel Core i9 13900H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics chip. Meanwhile, the ROG Zepyhrus G16 uses up to an Intel Core i9-13900H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics chip.
ROG Zephyrus G14 features an AMD Ryzen Zen 4 processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics.
Finally, ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 uses up to AMD Ryzen Zen 4 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics chip.
ROG Flow X13 comes with a number of upgrades over its predecessor, including an AMD Ryzen Zen 4 processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics chip.
The laptop is 100 millimeters smaller than the previous series, while the size of the keyboard remains the same.
ROG Flow Z13 gets a GPU upgrade, i.e. with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics chip. Meanwhile ROG Flow X16 uses Intel Core i9-13900H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics.
