To keep gamers’ beloved PCs cool, ASUS has just introduced the ROG Strix XF 120 cooling fan.
ASUS has just announced the presence of a new computer device for gamers. This time, they introduced a cooling fan for gamers who want their beloved PC to stay cool.
The ROG Strix XF 120 is a 120mm 4-pin pulse-width modulation (PWM) cooling fan that users can fully control via an app on their OS.
In a press release received by the Tek.id editorial team (25/4), ASUS claims that the ROG Strix XF 120 can drive up to 62.5 cubic feet per minute with the fan type static pressure up to 3.07 mm H2O suitable for radiators.
What’s interesting is that these fans have speeds ranging from 250 to 1800 rpm. So users can set whether they want the fan to run slowly or fast. Not to forget, the fan will automatically turn off when set to 0% PWM duty cycle.
To provide a long usage time, ASUS uses 360 ° Magnetic-Levitation (MagLev) technology. This feature will stabilize the rotor while turning and prevent the fan from tilting or wobbling and minimizing friction for up to 400,000 hours of wear.
In addition, ASUS also designed their fan blades to be able to flow air more centrally. Not to forget, they can also make ROG Strix XF 120 operate at less than 22.5 dB.
But unfortunately, for now, ASUS still hasn’t confirmed when the ROG Strix XF 120 will be present in Indonesia. In addition, it is still unknown what price the device will offer.
