ASUS Leads the Indonesian and Asia Pacific Consumer and Gaming Laptop Markets

ASUS has succeeded in becoming the ruler of the consumer & gaming laptop market in Asia Pacific in 2022

nextren.com – ASUS, which has just celebrated 10 years of dominating the laptop market in Indonesia, made another important achievement by gaining a consumer & gaming laptop market share of up to 20.7% in Asia Pacific according to data from Microsoft.

This achievement was conveyed directly through the APAC Partner Summit which took place on February 22 in Jimbaran, Bali.

At this event ASUS also announced a commitment to maintain this achievement with an aggressive market control target in 2023.

“The ‘Innovate to Elevate’ event this time reflects ASUS’ commitment to collaborating and presenting innovative devices that can provide added value to consumers and our partners,” said Peter Chang, ASUS Asia Pacific General Manager.

“Through cooperation with partners such as Intel and Microsoft, ASUS is very confident that it will be able to present more innovative products and attract more consumers.

We are confident of maintaining ASUS’ leadership in the Asia Pacific market.”

The APAC Summit 2023 event held by ASUS was attended by more than 550 distributors and partners from various countries in Asia Pacific.

In addition to strengthening collaboration, ASUS also introduced a variety of the latest products that will soon be available in the Asia Pacific market, such as the latest ZenBook Pro and ROG Strix Scar 18.

ASUS also announced quite ambitious market share targets, namely 30% for consumer laptops and 40% for gaming laptops in Asia Pacific.
