Jakarta (ANTARA) – Asus has officially introduced two of its newest mobile phones, the ASUS ROG 7 series, which consists of the regular and Ultimate versions.
Both are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM with a capacity of up to 16 GB and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage memory.
Launching ASUS Global’s press release, Saturday, the most feature improvements are made to the “GameCool” cooling system which allows an increase in thermal efficiency of 10 percent and efficiency is supported by up to 15 percent thanks to the latest high-end chipset from Qualcomm.
For the Ultimate version, Asus adds efficiency to the cooling performance with the new Asus X Mode and AeroActive Cooler 7 so that users will get more sustainable gaming performance.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate with its AeroActive Cooler 7 brings another advantage with a larger cooling capacity.
Talking about features for gaming, ROG Phone 7 features the iconic AirTrigger ultrasonic control and supports gestures such as Dual Action, Press and Lift, and Gyroscope Aiming.
The motor for X-axis linear vibration is tuned to provide precise vibration and a realistic feel during gaming.
ROG Phone 7 can also enable ray tracing in compatible games, meaning users can get a more realistic reflection effect on water and metal surfaces.

Furthermore, for general specifications, ROG Phone 7 uses an AMOLED screen panel with an area of 6.78 inches with support for a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz.
Like the previous generation of ROG phones, ROG Phone 7 packs a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 65W charging.
On the camera system, ASUS maintains the same configuration with main camera details using a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, 13MP ultrawide camera and 5MP macro camera.
For the front camera, this phone has a 32MP OmniVision OV32C Quad-Bayer sensor.
The regular ROG Phone 7 comes in two color choices Phantom Black and Storm White, while the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate only offers one Storm White color choice.
Both have also pocketed IP54 certification, which means this phone is splash resistant.
The ROG Phone 7 series will be available in Europe and Taiwan and can already be purchased with the pre-order method.
The ROG Phone 7 sells for 999 Euros (Rp. 16.3 million), while the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate sells for 1,399 Euros (Rp. 22.9 million).
It is not yet known when the ROG Phone 7 series will launch in Indonesia.
