ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip, the First 5G Laptop in Indonesia Officially Launched

MUIANEWS, Kudus – ASUS has re-launched its line of business laptops, namely the ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip (B7402). The launch of the laptop with the support of the first 5G network in Indonesia was held at the Langham Hotel Ballroom, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/6/2022).

Launching from Gadget train, labeled “Flip”, the ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip (B7402) screen is designed to rotate 360 ​​degrees. With the rotation angle, this laptop has four modes at once, namely laptop, tablet, tent, and display.

This latest ASUS laptop is priced starting from Rp. 31,488,000. As a laptop with 5G network support, this ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip has a nano SIM card slot on the right.

Reportedly, ASUS has conducted a slot endurance test by inserting a nano SIM 500 times. The presence of this nano SIM slot allows users to enjoy high-speed 5G networks which are currently available in several regions in Indonesia.

The body of this laptop has a special structure made of magnesium aluminum which is strong and feels solid when held. In addition, it has also passed the US military standard endurance test certification (MIL-STD 810H).

Armed with this certification, ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip has proven that it has passed extreme endurance tests such as operational tests in extreme temperatures and humidity as well as shock and vibration tests.

This laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i7 Gen 11. This processor is supported by an integrated graphics chip Intel Iris Xe Graphic which makes it have powerful performance to run applications smoothly.

The laptop has 16 GB of DDR4 RAM which can be increased up to 64 GB. With that much RAM, this laptop is believed to be able to support multitasking activities smoothly.

In addition to its fast performance, PCIe SSD storage on this portable computer can support storage capacities of up to 1 TB.

ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip, which is a business segment laptop, has also been equipped with the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 module. This module is a chip that can store passwords and encryption keys securely.

In terms of physical security, this laptop has been equipped with a physical privacy shutter. This protector is a cover on the webcam to maintain the security and privacy of its users when not using the webcam.

To further support its security, ASUS ExpertBook B7 Flip has received biometric support such as a fingerprint sensor on the power button. In addition, there is an infrared camera that is integrated with Windows Hello which makes users feel safe when logging in when opening the Lock Screen or website or application services.

To make the user’s eyes comfortable, this laptop is equipped with a 14-inch touch screen with WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels), 16:9 ratio, 500 nits brightness level, and 100% sRGB. Then there is also a Backlit Chiclet Keyboard feature that allows users to type and edit documents even in dim and dark conditions. With the features it brings, this laptop itself has a 3 year warranty.
