Jakarta, Selular.ID – At the end of July, Asus officially launched ROG Phone 3 globally, through live streaming broadcasts. After circulating in a number of countries in Europe, the device will finally land in Indonesia.

Sold in a number of countries, the successor to ROG Phone 2 is powered by the latest Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 865 Plus combined with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The elite gaming chip is capable of producing CPU clock speeds of up to 3.1GHz.
The RAM capacity on ROG Phone 3 is 16GB accompanied by storage up to 512GB. There is also a 12GB RAM version with 512GB storage.
Asus’s latest gaming smartphone is claimed to be able to support mobile games non-stop thanks to 6000mAh with power saving technology and support for the custom battery mode feature. The device is also equipped with 30W fast charging.
ROG Phone 3 comes with a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen. To support the gaming experience, Asus provides it with a 144Hz refresh rate with a touch sampling rate of 270Hz that can minimize touch latency by up to 25ms.
In the photography sector, Asus chose the 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor as the main camera from the Triple Camera configuration. The other two lenses include a 13MP ultra wide, and a macro lens.
A number of supporting features accompany it, such as Video Pro mode, Wind Filter and Acoustic Focus function to make video quality stand out more. There’s also a 24MP front camera for high-quality group selfies and live streaming videos.
In Europe, in one sales package, Asus includes the Aero Active Cooler 3.The device in the form of an external clip-on cooling fan AeroActive Cooler 3 is able to provide increased airflow to hotspots in the casing, especially the area around the CPU and 5G chip. The claim is that it can reduce surface temperatures by up to 4 ° C.
In the audio output, the phone uses the new GameFX audio system combined with the audio optimization specialist Dirac, which features two front-facing stereo speakers that deliver powerful and immersive audio.
There is also an All-new game mode which allows the user to determine the player’s location using a unique audio algorithm.
To strengthen the gaming experience for users, ROG Phone 3 is equipped with a number of gaming features, in the form of ROG Connect, Game Gennie, Unparalleled Connectivity, Side-Mounted Port, and Quad-Microphone System.
In Europe, ROG Phone 3 is priced at 1,099 Euros or the equivalent of Rp. 18.6 million for 16GB / 512GB RAM and 999 Euros, equivalent to Rp. 16.9 million with 12GB / 512GB RAM.
