Asturias will go to step 3 de-escalation from next Monday, June 8, has announced the Minister of Health, Salvador Illa, in the press conference after the Council of Ministers. From the step 3, the autonomous communities will regain “full governance” and will be able to determine if they allow mobility between their provinces as well as when they reach the new normal. Illa has influenced that “This is not an end point, but a period and followed” and it has advanced that the Executive will approve next Tuesday in the Council of Ministers a royal decree law with the measures of the new normal in which it will be necessary to live with the virus until there is a vaccine.
The Government establishes in the de-escalation that in phase 3 time slots are eliminated and are allowed groups of up to 20 people, until 50 persons can attend wakes in open air spaces and 25 in the closed. The wedding and attendance at places of worship allow a 75% attendance (a maximum of 150 people in outdoor spaces or 75 people in closed spaces), the shops increase their capacity to 50%, as in restaurants and bars. The cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, tent circuses and similar performance spaces may develop your activity, as long as they have pre-assigned seats and do not exceed half the authorized capacity. And the Museums and exhibition halls they will limit their capacity to 50% and the visits of groups will allow the congregation of up to 20 people.
