Astronaut Captures Unique Space Photo: A View That Can’t Be Recreated

Recently, the ISS profile on Instagram released another one of those impressive images immortalized by astronauts in space.

While the station was flying over Earth at 250 miles (413 km), NASA Expedition 72 flight engineer Donald Pettit took a long-exposure photo of the city lights crossing the planet, with a green aurora. and red moving through the atmosphere.
