This place stands out from the rest of the area as one of the friendliest, well maintained, and well managed places in Linda Vista. The apartments are beautiful with granite countertops, appliances all over, tile shower, I mean it’s actually very nice, did I mention hardwood floors in most of the apartments. Management is phenomenal, they take care of you. Also, they are extremely friendly and helpful. I want to point out that Kyle, the tall handsome black slipper man, with hair has to be one of the most understanding, friendly, makes you feel good no matter what circumstances guys, just the best kind of management stuff. During my eviction the whole thing was friendly. He was helpful in understanding my choices with no hard feelings, and gave me Respect when not owning it. The owner scoffed at me when he told me good morning that he’s rarely there, but he’s. The rest of the staff members are extremely friendly and actually judge, I’m a heroin addict and I could openly express my problems and I couldn’t, I can pay the rent and everyone backed me up and gave me advice. I have never left there without a smile or knowing that I was well taken care of. The rooms are great, the parking fees are ridiculous, it was like $110 or something like that every few months. Don’t quote me but it’s a lot. Marijuana smoke vents from the windows id say 1/4 but it’s smart people, not druggies. It’s still studio and middle class at best sometimes, but my neighbor was a cop, the other worked at nordstroms, some people listen to loud music, but overall they keep to themselves. It’s a diverse community in the middle of the Vietnamese part of town. Right next to rite aid and a wide strip mall, 2 gas stations including a V, a couple liquor stores, etc. I wouldn’t have to go far to do anything. Even close to mesa university. It’s a 30 minute walk. It’s great! Downsides is that it is an old building that they have done the best they can with but still old, plumbing is horrible (always the plunger) but they have really done their best with what they have. I’d do it again. I am making an effort to rate this place where I can with the honest truth and I want people to really know how great the staff is especially the apartments.
