Aston Villa Club Crest: New Logo Leaked and Fans Outraged Ahead of 150th Anniversary Season

Ahead of this year’s season, Aston Villa produced a club crest, and ahead of next season the club will change again.

The new logo is said to have been leaked, and now the club is receiving serious criticism from the supporters.

“If this is the new logo, I hate it,” writes The AVFC Faithful on X.

When Aston Villa changed the club emblem before the season, despite the fact that it was developed together with some of the club’s supporters, it received a lot of criticism.

Now the club will do it once more. This is to celebrate the club turning 150 years old.

Before next season, another change will be made, and this time, too, the fans have had a say.

New logo leaked?

Now the new logo may have been leaked, and many supporters are very disappointed this time as well. One of the reasons must be the lack of burgundy, which is a big part of Aston Villa’s identity.

“Which fans were the ones who got to decide, and how could it be approved?” Writing AVFC Faithful at X.

But it is not certain that this particular logo will be Aston Villa’s new one.

Nothing has yet been confirmed by the club, and other options have also been floated as possible candidates.

Have contacted FA

Birmingham Mail also writes that members of the club’s “Fan Advisory BoardFan Advisory BoardA type of sports council where selected supporters are allowed to participate and have their say on things in the club” have contacted the FA, the English Football Association, to express their concern that the club did not ask enough supporters .

The club, however, claims the opposite, and says they have spoken to enough.
