Au 3th quarter 2022, Assystem recorded consolidated revenues of 118.9 million euros, up by + 8.5%, of which + 4.3% organically, + 2.3% perimeter effect and + 1.9% change effect exchange rates.
NUCLEAR (703% of consolidated turnover in 9 months)
In the first nine months of 2022, revenues from Nuclear activities were 253.6 million euros (against 242.9 million euros in the first nine months of 2021), up by + 4.4%, of which + 3.8% organic growth (of which -2.0% deriving from the end of the Kacare contract) and + 0.6% due to the effect of changes in exchange rates. The business continues to be driven by businesses in France and the UK.
Au 3th quarter 2022, nuclear revenue was € 81.9 million, compared to € 79.2 million in 3th quarter 2021.
ENERGY TRANSITION AND INFRASTRUCTURE (ET&I)
In the first nine months of the financial year 2022, the revenues of the ET&I activities were 107.0 million euros, compared to 82.0 million euros in the same period of 2021. The growth was + 30.4% in one year including + 7.2% organic growth, + 20.0% perimeter effect (integration of STUP and Schofield Lothian) and + 3.2% exchange rate effect. Organic growth is driven by the acquisition of a major contract for the Neom project in Saudi Arabia.
Au 3th quarter of 2022, ET&I revenues were € 37.0 million, compared to € 30.5 million in 3th quarter 2021. STUP recorded organic growth of + 11.3% in the quarter, demonstrating the success of its integration.
