our range
- The elaboration of legal questions on general civil law, corporate law, banking and investor law, contracts and civil procedure law is part of your daily business
- The support for the following sectors makes your work varied and exciting: banking and finance, industry and commerce, technology, innovation and communication, energy and waste management, trade
- You enjoy conducting major proceedings before courts (including the supreme courts), arbitral tribunals and authorities, and thus working primarily in the area of conflict resolution
- Your tasks will also include the preparation of pleadings and the preparation of legal opinions in all areas of general commercial law and civil law
your profile
- Completed law studies and first relevant professional experience, for example in the form of internships or as a legal employee
- Additional qualifications, for example through stays abroad or scientific work at a university institute
- A feel for economic relationships and a profound understanding of commercial law
- Excellent knowledge of German and English as well as a sensitivity for rhetoric

For the position of trainee lawyer (m/f/d) a gross monthly fee from EUR 3,090 is provided, after completing the RAP a gross monthly fee from EUR 4,300 (each including the assumption of the costs for the RAK). Of course, we are happy to pay more for outstanding experience, qualifications and success!
