It is no surprise that this Thursday, at the end of the afternoon, David Touvet, the attorney general, demanded after almost two hours of requisitions a very heavy sentence against Ozkan Kuyruk, this former vandoperian boxer tried since October 30 for 6 aggravated rapes and 4 sexual assaults. The magistrate’s interventions, during the fifteen days of the trial, had left little doubt about his intentions. The only unknown: the small delta that he was going to “concede” in relation to the maximum sentence – 20 years – provided for these crimes.
“The prosecution of sexual offenses is always complex,” noted the Advocate General. “Most often, these acts are not committed with the use of brutal force, which leaves bruises on the bodies, but with psychological violence. The one that leaves the soul bruises… ”. For the magistrate, the 10 facts for which the former world champion of savate is being prosecuted are constituted. “Ozkan Kuyruk evokes, for 6 of them, a consensual relationship. The question is: could he have misunderstood in good faith the consent of the young girls who faced him? No… “.

A personality with a narcissistic component
Weighed with a trebuchet, the requisitions detail each rape, each assault. David Touvet returns to the personality of the accused, “educated in omnipotence”. It takes 18 years for Kuyruk, described by shrinks as having a “borderline narcissistic personality, with psychopathic traits”. The magistrate also wishes a socio-judicial follow-up of 7 years. “A change on his part supposes an awareness. Now, obviously, we are a thousand miles away… ”.
The Advocate General passed like a second blade after the interventions of the three lawyers of the civil parties, including that, very impactful, of Mr.e Bouthier, counsel to three complainants: “Is Ozkan Kuyruk some sort of Monsieur Jourdain of consent, which he would obtain without knowing it?” Certainly not ”. This morning, Me Dupleix, counsel for Kuyruk, will plead acquittal. She had, before this Friday the 13th, all night to find a wheelbarrow full of rabbit feet.
