After a violent video, an assistant teacher from a kindergarten in Blagoevgrad was fired. The footage shows the woman holding one of the children, roughly making him sit on the sandbox, and then slapping him several times.
Until now, there have been no reports or complaints from the teacher in question, and the child’s parents say that the incident happened on his first day of kindergarten. Since then he does not want to visit her.
The mayor of Blagoevgrad, Ilko Stoyanov, explained that he had appointed a commission to investigate the case.
“It just wanted to move on to his little sister, who was in the other group at the kindergarten, that created the tension, that disobedience. Accidental release of nerves! When you’re not ready, you don’t have to. It’s really better not to go to work, the punishment will be less and we will get into your situation more. She is no longer employed in the system, it simply does not work for this system,” said Ilko Stoyanov, Mayor of Blagoevgrad.
