Al-Marsad newspaper: The media spokesman for the Qassim region police explained that the video content circulated of two people assaulting another with a white weapon a year ago due to a dispute between them after the attackers escaped from a traffic accident in a rented vehicle.
The police indicated that the victim did not report to the security authorities at the time.
She added that they were later arrested in drug trafficking cases.
