Bad news, Assassin’s Creed fans – you might want to check your pre-orders. Some buyers have reported that their Assassin’s Creed Mirage Collector’s Edition pre-orders have been abruptly cancelled.

For now, all we know about Mirage’s release date is that it’s due out this year, which isn’t too exciting. However, fans have already managed to pre-order the game, including the expensive Collector’s Edition. However, on Reddit many are claiming that their Ubisoft Store pre-orders have now been cancelled, leaving everyone wondering what’s going on.

“Assassin’s Creed Mirage pre-orders canceled?”. wrote a user under the nickname DeeEffTeeBeeEh, attaching a screenshot of his order, which is displayed as “invalid” on the store’s website. “After receiving some reports, I noticed that others who pre-ordered the AC Mirage Collectors Case were reporting the same problem.”

Others joined in: “My daughter just looked, we’re in the US and her page says ‘null’ and doesn’t show anything,” commented Aggravating-Hunt3423. “I’m having the same problem. I’ve filed a complaint with Ubisoft support, let’s see what they say,” wrote AssassinsCrypt. “I’m from the UK and can confirm the same,” added xp_version1.

At the time of writing, the PC version of the Collector’s Edition is listed as out of stock in the Ubisoft Store, and attempts to find the PS5 and PS4 versions result in a 404 “page not found” error. Ubisoft has not yet responded to the situation.
