(AWP) The Network for the Rich Asmallworld (ASWN 2.65 +3.92%) has signed a management contract with the real estate developer Swiss Property UAE for the planned Kempinski Residences The Creek in Dubai. Asmallworld has been advising Swiss Property UAE on this project for the past few months and has played a key role in negotiating the contract, the company announced on Monday.
The 285+ apartments at Al Jaddaf on the banks of Dubai Creek overlooking the Dubai skyline and Ras Al Khor Conservation Area are expected to open in 2024.
