The Asian Games soccer team led by coach Hwang Sun-hong defeated Kyrgyzstan 5-1 in the round of 16.
The national team’s quarterfinal opponent is the host country, China.

The national team, with Lee Kang-in as the starter and coordinating the attack, took the opportunity to score the first goal by scoring an early penalty kick.

While Kyrgyzstan’s concentration was shaken, Cho Young-wook widened the score gap with a powerful shot, and Hong Hyun-seok put an end to the game, advancing to the quarterfinals with a 5-1 victory.
