President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will open the ASEAN Indonesia 2023 Kick Off event. Jokowi is seen using a bicycle to the location at the HI Roundabout, Jakarta.
detikcom monitoring, Sunday (29/1/2023) Jokowi seen wearing a white shirt, jacket and black pants. Wearing a red helmet, Jokowi was seen riding his bicycle from the State Palace to the HI Roundabout area.
Jokowi was seen accompanied by a number of cabinet ministers from Indonesia Onward, including Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud Md, Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir to Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono.
Jokowi and his entourage seemed to stop before arriving at the HI Roundabout, he seemed to greet the people present at the location. You can see many residents shaking hands and taking pictures with Jokowi.

Furthermore, Jokowi and his entourage continued their journey on foot to the main stage which is at the HI Roundabout. Residents were also seen walking along following Jokowi and his entourage.
Later, this event will be opened and followed by a walking parade from Sarinah to the Hotel Indonesia roundabout.
