He denied that his client asked the seller, Kasman, to produce a fake land ownership certificate.
“So it was not because he bought him that he became a suspect but Asdianti was declared a suspect because he was deemed to have ordered Kasman to make a false statement on an authentic deed,” said Saenuddin.
“At first Kasman spoke with Asdianti by telephone, after which they came to my house. Kasman admitted that he did not have a land title because it was lost, so at that time I said that I should recompile the letter or take a missing certificate from the police. Just make it first and then I buy the land, “he continued.
Supposedly, he said, this problem should have been resolved in a civil manner.
Apart from Asdianti, the former village head and relatives of the land owner are also suspects
Apart from Asdianti, there are two other suspects in the case sales of Lantigiang Island this.
They are a former Kades Jinato named Abdullah and a nephew of a landowner named Kasman.
Abdullah as the former village head also signed the land sale and purchase certificate.
Meanwhile, Kasman played a role in making the letter and has received down payment (DP) amounting to Rp. 10 million
