Following receipt of a denunciation from a citizen, the Higher Authority for State Control and the Fight against Corruption (ASCE-LC) opened a preliminary investigation procedure into acts of corruption committed at the regional directorate of town planning for the Central Plateau (Ziniaré).
After the arrest of some of the defendants, the Assistant Comptroller General of State acting as the Comptroller General of State has the honor to invite anyone who has been forced to pay money without receipt to any public official in order to have their case processed, to get in touch with its competent services, in order to provide its testimony.
This call concerns all departments and services (CEFORE, CEFAC, urbanism, taxes, land registry, education, human and animal health, etc.) who deal with or give opinions in the following files: building authorization, business creation formality, demarcation or demarcation of land, acquisition of operating permits, allocation of land reserves, opening of health centers , educational institutions, etc.

Interested persons will be received every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..
