On the day Mr. A was confirmed confirmed, he spoke with the epidemiological investigator once. But after that, I turned off my cell phone and went to sleep. Mr. A’s resident registration address is Gwangmyeong City, but he actually lived in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam City. When Seongnam-si lost contact with Mr. A, on the 8th, it accused the police of violating the law on the prevention and management of infectious diseases and requested the location.
Mr. B was tested for Corona 19 at the temporary screening clinic installed in the Sujeong-gu Health Center plaza on the 7th. I was confirmed on the 8th, but I didn’t answer a phone call from an epidemiological investigator. As a result of the investigation, it was found that Mr. B used his friend A’s mobile phone number instead and was examined. Temporary screening clinics can be examined anonymously by providing a mobile phone number regardless of symptoms.
Mr. A contacted the public health center at about 2:30 pm on the same day, when the fact that Seongnam City accused him to the police became known through media reports, and announced his intention to surrender. They were found in a motel in Sujeong-gu. An official from Sujeong-gu Health Center said, “When Mr. B was tested with Mr. A’s mobile phone number, at first I thought that Mr. A was sleeping after two tests, but as a result of the confirmation, there were two other people.
Regarding the reason for the sleep, Mr. A said, “After receiving the confirmation, I was worried about hospital expenses,” and Mr. B said, “Because the cell phone was suspended, I took a test with Mr. A’s mobile phone number. I did not know.”
On that day, Seongnam City also filed an additional accusation with the police for violating the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act.
