IDXChannel – Mixpanel, an analyst company, recently reported the adoption rate of iOS 14. In the report, the adoption of iOS 14 is apparently quite high in iPhone and iPad.
Quoting the 9to5Mac page, Sunday (11/4/2021), it can be seen that the penetration of iOS 14 and iPad OS has reached 90% in just seven months since its launch. There are only about 5.07% of users running iOS 13, while 4.48% of users are still running iOS 12 or an earlier version.
Apple I have yet to confirm these figures, but the results of the report are not surprising. This is because, according to the Apple Developers website, 80% of all iOS devices are already running iOS 14 as of February 24, 2021.
Additionally, back in September last year, early adoption of iOS 14 quickly surpassed the iOS 13 mark over the same period.
iOS 14 introduces many new features, including home screen widgets, Picture-in-Picture for iPhone users, The App Library, a compact UI for calls and Siri, new iMessage features, and more. (TYO)
