Borzov urged to remain in shelters until the end of the air raid alert.

Head of the National Police Igor Klymenko on his Facebook page reportedthat, according to preliminary data, three Russian missiles hit the building with office space. Nearby residential buildings were also hit.

At present, two dead and six wounded are known. Among the victims is a small child.

A fire broke out at the place of arrivals, the fire spread to the parking lot. There are about 50 cars on fire. Rescuers are working to put out the fire.
