As a musical guest, Karol G is set to perform on ‘Saturday Night Live’

Saturday Night Live returns to TV in April with three consecutive episodes, including one on April 8 featuring the Jonas Brothers — who have already performed three times on SNL — with former cast member Molly Shannon (The Good Person) in her second appearance as hostess.

A week later, on April 15, Karol G will take the 8H stage for the first time with Oscar nominee Ana de Armas (Ghosted), who will also make her SNL debut that night.

They all join previously announced guests for the April 1 episode: the Emmy-winning actress and screenwriter of Abbott Elementary Quinta Brunson in her SNL hosting debut, alongside debuting musical guest Lil Yachty.

It’s been a memorable 48th season for the sketch comedy show, which kicked off the year on Jan. 21 with Aubrey Plaza and Sam Smith, followed by Michael B. Jordan. (Creed III) and Lil Baby on January 28, and a performance worth remembering from the star of The Mandalorian Pedro Pascal with Coldplay on February 4. The hot streak continued with Woody Harrelson (White House Plumbers) and Jack White on February 25, and Super Bowl LVII winner Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kelsea Ballerini on March 4, followed by the most recent episode on March 11, which brought together Jenna Ortega of Wednesday and the group The 1975.

The Jonas Brothers will release “Waffle House,” the latest single from their forthcoming collection The Album, on April 7, just 24 hours before their premiere at SNL.

Saturday Night Live airs live on NBC at 11:30 pm ET and at the same time via live streaming on Peacock.
