Founder of the North Sumatra Sada club Arya Sinulingga emphasized that the President of Persiraja Banda Aceh, Nazaruddin Dek Gam, did not comply with the suspension sanction from PSSI.
Arya, who is also a member of the PSSI Exco, expelled Nazaruddin from the VIP stands at the Baharoeddin Siregar Stadium after the League 2 match between Sada Sumut FC vs Persiraja, Saturday (25/11).
According to Arya, Nazaruddin has not completed the sanction of banning him from coming to the stadium for five matches set by the PSSI Disciplinary Commission.
“Nazaruddin was present several times during the sanctions period imposed by PSSI, such as being present against PSMS, in Medan some time ago,” said Arya in Medan, quoted by Antara, Wednesday (29/11).
“The sanctions apply to Persiraja’s five matches against PSDS Deli Serdang, Semen Padang FC, PSPS Riau, Sriwijaya FC and PSMS Medan,” said Arya.
However, Nazaruddin is considered not to have undergone these sanctions and will continue to participate in the Persiraja vs PSMS Medan match on November 18 2023 at the Harapan Bangsa Stadium.
“His presence at various matches proves that he has never complied with PSSI’s punishment,” he said.
Arya hopes that PSSI as the parent of Indonesian football must act firmly against Nazaruddin to respect the applicable regulations.
“He should respect the existing decisions so that our football in the future will be better,” he said.
Meanwhile, PSMS Medan Technical Director Andry Mahyar asked PSSI to impose strict sanctions on Persiraja Banda Aceh because they could not guarantee security and comfort for the proud Medan City team.
“We submitted several protests to the PSSI Disciplinary Commission regarding the chaos that occurred at the Persiraja Banda Aceh match against PSMS Medan,” said Andry.
Andry said that the Ayam Kinantan squad experienced disgraceful actions when they visited the Harapan Bangsa Stadium, Banda Aceh, such as throwing mineral bottles and even being kept on the pitch until the match was over.
“Security at the Persiraja match against PSMS Medan was not optimal because the amount of security was not proportional to the number of spectators present,” explained Andry.
