‘ArtisWitch’ hits YouTube on May 28

Animation studio Sunrise and talent agency Asobisystem revealed a new collaborative original anime under the title ‘ArtisWitch’.

The adventure that will take us to the stories of various girls within the Harajuku scene, will be available from May 28 through its official YouTube channel.

In it you will find its first official trailer, in which we are presented with a fantasy world where a witch named Nina attends a special goods store in Harajuku.

To keep her company, Nina has relatives of a chameleon and a pig, who help her fulfill the greatest and most secret wishes of each of her clients.

In regards to its aesthetics, the anime plays with different types of designs and illustrations that lean towards shojo, with stylized characters and vibrant colors, along with scenes that fit with anime like ‘Madoka Magica’ and ‘Wonder Egg Priority ‘.

‘ArtisWitch’ will have a total of 6 episodes after its premiere that will have English and Spanish subtitles, making it a unique opportunity to watch anime legally.

Along with their promotional video, the voice actors and the team behind their production were revealed, consisting of:

  • Utano Aoi como Nina
  • Honoka Kuroki como Haruka
  • Riko as Mana
  • Yūtaro como Akihiro
  • Rinne Yoshida as Lulu
  • Yume Miyamoto as Tiara
  • Haruki Ishida como Saki
  • Akio Ohtsuka
  • Akira Ishida.

At Sunrise Studio you’ll find Kazuma Ikeda in the director’s chair, while Erika Yoshida (‘Kami no to’) writes and supervises the script and Hiromi Matsuo does the original character designs.

Additionally, Miki Aizawa is credited as stylist and clothing designer, Motoko Marui as art director and Akiko Fujita as audio director, while Rasmus Faber composes the soundtrack.
