A year and a half ago, artist and TV profile Jorun Stiansen (39) could reveal that she and her partner Egil Furre (45) were interested in moving. Three years ago, the couple renovated an old 90s flat in Grimstad Sentrum, but were clear that they wanted something bigger.
– I’m not that demanding
– We have always lived very cramped. At first we lived for ten years in a small apartment of 56 square meters. We now live in a slightly larger apartment of 97 square metres. It has been good to have a little more cupboard space, she told Dagbladet last year, and added that they were looking for a house in the center of Grimstad.

On Wednesday, she can reveal on Instagram that her dream has come true.
“WE HAVE BOUGHT HUUUUUUUUUS!!!!!” writes Stiansen to several photos of himself and his partner.
“Is that what it feels like here?”
In front of Dagbladet, she makes no secret of the fact that it is gorgeous.
– I have said to my mother: “Is this what it feels like here?”. I’ve never done anything like this before. It’s a really weird, fun, exciting and good feeling, says Stiansen.

The couple has just bought the house, and when Dagbladet talks to the southerner, the papers have been signed.
– Now I have to use some energy, I’m so excited, she says.
Refurbished for 12 million
The house is located, as the couple wanted, in the middle of Grimstad.
– We love to put on our slippers and stroll down to the city centre. We have always dreamed of building our own house in Grimstad, but there is no vacant land, so we went for reuse and have bought a cosy, small southern country house from the 19th century with a sea view.

– An area I love
According to Stiansen, they can go down to the sea in a bathrobe.
– It’s an area I love, it’s so much fun. I am so happy and satisfied, she says cheerfully.
Increased by two million
They will take over the new house on 1 November, and it is actually ready to move into. The couple will still put their own stamp on it when they take over.
Now they also have to sell their flat.

– We have decided to sell the apartment, yes. I started laughing out loud, it’s a gem. We poured our hearts into getting this apartment the way we wanted it and we’ve had so much fun there, she says, and continues:
– It’s a king’s place, but now we have to move. I am sick of the apartment, but now we are getting it ready for viewing and sale.
