The Bulgarian society Sirma Group Holding presented its artificial intelligence system at one of the most important international exhibitions in the field of financial technologies – Money20 / 20. The product presented by the Bulgarian team is the artificial intelligence Melinda – an intelligent chat platform, created especially for the banking and financial sector. The event took place in Amsterdam and brought together over 4,000 representatives of more than 1,500 of the largest banks, fintech companies and other companies in the financial and technology sector in the world.
The forum traditionally imposes the agenda in the development of the fintech industry and highlights future trends in it. This year was no exception and the discussions on the conference stage were dedicated to the expectations for the changes in this segment, the new business models and players entering it, as well as the ways in which they will interact. Emphasis was also placed on the needs of different types of small and medium-sized businesses from specific fintech solutions – from small shops to taxi drivers.
Open banking, Africa’s positioning as a great opportunity for investors and fintech market participants, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence on the future development of the sector were among the other more important topics during the event.
