WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA – The video of Member of Commission III DPR RI Arteria Dahlan during a Working Meeting (Raker) between PPATK and Commission III DPR RI at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta on Tuesday (21/3/2023) has again gone viral.
In the video, Arteria Dahlan admits to the Head of the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) Ivan Yustiavandana that he knows all the disgraceful members of the Indonesian DPR.
“At least Rp. 1 trillion from environmental crimes will flow to political parties to finance the 2024 elections,” said Arteria Dahlan.
“We are taught respect between institutions, sir. This DPR, sir, knows that it’s everyone’s fault, sir. It’s a disgrace to know!” he explained.

Even so, Arteria Dahlan admitted that he did not just indulge in disgrace, as was done by Mahfud MD regarding the odd transaction at the Ministry of Finance worth IDR 349 trillion.
The reason is because among members of the DPR, he is disciplined in maintaining honor and respect between politicians of political parties.
“But we are disciplined, don’t indulge in disgrace, because what’s the point of exposing disgrace if the problem isn’t resolved,” said Arteria Dahlan.
“Know everything everyone’s behavior here. But we really maintain respect between institutions,” he explained.
“What if we attack Person A, the people don’t trust Person A, they will be noisy again. We can stand it, sir,” he explained again.
The video, which was widely circulated on social media and went viral, was re-uploaded by Peter F Gontha.
He himself considered Arteria Dahlan’s attitude very funny because he protected fellow DPR members who had committed crimes.
“Robbers must protect each other. This is genuinely funny, watch it until it’s finished. Weekend entertainment,” wrote Peter F Gontha.
Peter F Gontha’s post also drew comments from the public.
They consider that politicians are inappropriate to represent the people in the Parliament Building.
