Household Assistant (ART) Pandjiyanto revealed the moments of the arrest of artist Ramadhania Ardiansyah Bakrie alias Nia Ramadhani by the police regarding abuse drugs last July.
He said that while cleaning the house, more than three plainclothes police officers entered Nia’s house.
“[Saat penangkapan] I’m cleaning in the kitchen. Plainclothes police entered the kitchen,” said Pandji when presented as a witness at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday (9/12).
Pandji admitted that he did not know anything about the presence of the police at Nia’s house. He only had time to see the police talking to Nia.
At that time, according to him, Nia was preparing food for her child. Meanwhile, Nia’s husband, Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie alias Ardi Bakrie, is exercising outside.
“After that, I didn’t know anything else. The problem was that the police said that those who had no interest would leave, yes, I didn’t know anymore,” he said.
The judge then asked about Pandji’s knowledge of Nia and Ardi’s activities with a driver named Zen Vivanto at night until the early hours of the morning before the police arrived.
“Do you know what these three did?” asked the judge.
“No, sir,” replied Pandji.
“Including the night?” further the judge asked.
“No, sir,” he said.
Nia Ramadhani, together with Ardi Bakrie and Zen Vivanto, were charged with abusers of class I narcotics, type I methamphetamine. They are on trial for the case that was revealed in July 2021.
In the indictment, Nia is said to have given Zen Rp1.7 million to buy a package of methamphetamine along with a suction device. The defendants then consumed the methamphetamine together at Nia and Ardie’s residence in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta.
