ART Duo Steals Car After Killing Their Boss in Jakarta

Kasubdit Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga said the murder was carried out because the perpetrator was hurt by the victim’s treatment as his boss.

“The suspects were hurt by the behavior and words of the victims who often spoke harshly to the suspects,” said AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga.

As is well known, F has worked as a household member for 9 months, while S has only been working for three months. The two suspects admitted that at first the victim treated them well.

However, as time went on, the victim’s unpleasant treatment of the perpetrator began to appear, starting to be yelled at and said harshly. This is what makes the victim hurt to plan murder.

“During their work, according to the perpetrators, the victim was good. However, after walking, the attitude of the victims appeared not to be good. There, they appeared at first to want to steal a vehicle and then they killed it,” he said.

“Initially one of the perpetrators (S) planned to own the victim’s motorized vehicle. The other perpetrator (F) planned to kill. Both agreed to kill,” he added.

Currently, both of them have been registered as suspects and detained at Polda Metro Jaya. As a result of this case, both of them were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 365 of the Criminal Code with the threat of the death penalty.
