The composition raises the issue of the tendencies of modern media space consumption, when adjacent people find themselves living in very separate information spaces, which often have radically different views. The story of the song is about how they are doing with finding common ground.
But from another point of view, it is also a message about the constant internal dialogue that will take place in each of us, ”Arstarulsmirus shares the motivation for making the song.
“Already at the beginning of the recording process, we laughed with my colleagues about the fact that such a move – to invite one’s alter ego to the song as a guest artist – could be quite a visible feature of narcissism. However, it is a pleasure that the creative process of creating this song was very fun and uplifting for everyone involved.
And I find it extremely interesting how easily the listeners will be able to determine where Arstarulsmirus is playing in the song and where – Gustavo? ” laughing adds the songwriter.
The vocals of the song included an excerpt from the vocal part of Gustavo’s composition “Where is My Head”, released in 2010, which serves as a reference, as it similarly played on the subject of different opinions and assumptions.
