Arsenal beat Bolívar 3 to 1 in Sarandí and agreed to the knockout stages of the Copa Sudamericana.
The team led by Sergio Rondina needed, at least, a draw with goals and one Ceara defeat (who fell to Jorge Wilstermann 1-0) to go to the next round.
Sarandí’s team finished with two units above their escort, Ceará. Arsenal reached 11 points, Ceará was left with 9, Bolívar with 6 and Wilstermann closed with 5.
The goals
The front Lucas Albertengo opened the scoring before a quarter of an hour. Bruno Sepulveda widened the difference in the third minute discount of the first half.
Albertengo met the network again two minutes into the second half to seal the story in Sarandí. Jairo Quinteros discounted for Bolívar, but it was not enough for him to overcome Arsenal.
