Gabriel Martinelli to the rescue for Brazil
Brazil called up another player to replace Eder Militao.
After the humiliation against FC Barcelona, Real Madrid recovered this Saturday against Osasun. But the victory was spoiled by injuries to Rodrygo, Lucas Vasquez and especially Eder Militao. The latter ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament. In other words, season over.
The central defender can logically no longer respond to Brazil’s summons. Indeed, Dorival Junior who called Eder Militao for the two qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup recalled another player.
